Gratitude
Pioneers of the AI movement
The people whose work everything we teach stands on — from backpropagation to agents in the terminal. We are grateful to them, and we look up to them.

Going first doesn't mean going alone
Why we say thanks
Every lesson in the school rests on someone's paper, library or open repository. Naming the authors and linking their work is the least we can do.
What going first means
Agentic development is new ground: few textbooks, rules being written now. Going first means trying things early, reporting honestly what worked, and sharing in the open. That is what the people on this page did.
Who we look up to
Not loud announcements but habits: publish the code, explain simply, test in practice. Those are the habits we try to bring into learning.

Pioneer of the week
Paul Gauthier
Creator of aider; co-founder and former CTO of Inktomi
Created aider (2023), an open-source AI pair-programming tool that runs in the terminal and edits code in a local git repository; he also maintains its public leaderboards comparing models on code editing.
aiderEvery week our Telegram channel features one person and their work. The card comes from the brand template; posts are published by hand.
Post caption (RU)
