Employment tier
Guarantee Conditions
Updated 1 September 2026
We do not promise to place you in a job — we hold no partner quotas and no power over employers' decisions. We promise something else: complete the programme in full and fail to find work within the agreed period, and we refund the tier. Here is exactly what has to happen for that to apply.
What this guarantee is
It is a money-back guarantee, not a promise of employment. We do not place people in jobs and do not guarantee that you will be hired. We guarantee one thing: if you meet every condition below and do not find a job in your field within the agreed period, we refund 100% of the tier price.
Who it covers
The «С трудоустройством» tier — the top step of any professional track. It does not apply to the Self-paced or Mentor tiers, which follow the ordinary refund policy.
What we do
Review your CV and rewrite it against specific openings, not 'in general'.
Help assemble a portfolio from the artifacts you built on the course — they stay yours.
Run practice interviews with a debrief: what landed, what did not.
Answer questions on applications and negotiation for the whole guarantee period.
What you do
Complete the course: every chapter, every task submitted and accepted.
Assemble a portfolio and agree it with us — one round of revisions is enough.
Send at least 20 relevant applications a month and keep a log: role, date, status. The log is the basis for the refund; without it there is nothing to verify.
Not turn down a job offer in your field paying at or above the lower bound of the range shown on the course page. Declining such an offer ends the guarantee: the refund is for when no suitable job comes, not for when one comes and you pass on it.
Stay reachable: answer our mail within a week.
Period
The guarantee runs for 6 months from the date you submitted the final task. It counts from completion, not payment, so the clock does not burn while you study.
What we return
100% of the tier price. You keep access to the material — taking a finished course back strikes us as wrong.
A claim must be filed within 30 days after the 6-month period ends, with the application log attached. We reply within 10 business days.
When it does not apply
The course was not completed or tasks were not accepted.
Fewer than 20 applications a month, or no log kept.
A suitable offer was declined (see above).
Information about yourself or your applications was misstated.
Honest about the numbers
The school is new. We have no graduates whose statistics we could cite, and we publish no placement percentages because we have none. The salary ranges on course pages are market data for the profession, not our students' income.
So instead of a flattering number we offer a refund: until there is a track record, the only honest form of guarantee is one we pay for when the result does not come.
