Refund Policy

Within the first 14 days

If no more than 14 days have passed and you have completed no more than 20% of the course, we refund in full, no reason needed. Write to us from the address the access was bought with.

The progress threshold stops a refund from becoming a way to take the whole course and keep the money. 20% is roughly the first chapter and a half — enough to judge the format, not enough to extract the content.

If the material did not open or does not match its description

Full refund at any time, with no progress or time limit. Write to us first — this is usually fixed the same day.

Refund under the guarantee (employment-support tier)

The «С трудоустройством» tier has its own procedure: the money is returned if you did not find work within the agreed period while meeting the programme conditions. See Guarantee.

When we do not refund

After 14 days, or after more than 20% of the course — except the cases above and the guarantee case.

When access has been closed for sharing or reselling the material.

How to request one

Write to a.hypesquad@gmail.com from the address the access was bought with, naming the course. We reply within 3 business days and, if agreed, refund by the same method you paid with.

The money moves back on your bank's schedule — usually 5 to 20 business days. That part is not ours to control.
