Terms of Service

1. Who sells

2. What you buy

You buy personal access to the materials of the chosen course: chapters, graded tasks, the simulator and — depending on the tier — mentor review and career support. What each tier includes is stated on the course page at the time of purchase.

Access does not expire: the course stays yours after you finish it. We may extend and rewrite the material; you get updates at no extra cost.

A course is education, not a job-placement service. The conditions under which we refund you if you do not find work are set out separately under Guarantee.

3. How the agreement is formed

The agreement is formed when payment succeeds. No separate document is signed: payment is acceptance of this offer.

Chapter 1 of every course is free and needs no card. We recommend taking it before paying — that is your chance to check the format suits you.

4. Price and payment

All prices are stated and charged in US dollars. Payment runs through a payment provider; we never receive or store your card details.

The price is fixed at the moment of payment. Later price changes do not affect access already bought.

Your bank's conversion and cross-border fees are outside our control and are not reimbursed.

5. Refunds

Within 14 days of payment you may request a refund without giving a reason, provided you have completed no more than 20% of the course. Full conditions are under Refunds.

6. Rights to the material

Course materials belong to us. Access is personal: it may not be transferred, resold, published, or used to run your own training.

What you create during the course — your answers, specs and artifacts — belongs to you. Use it freely in your work and portfolio.

If we find access being shared, we may close it without a refund.

7. Liability

We are responsible for the material being available and matching its description on the course page. We are not responsible for your labour-market outcomes beyond what is expressly described under Guarantee.

Some tasks are graded by a language model, which can be wrong. If you believe a grade is incorrect, write to us and we will review it by hand.

We may pause the service for updates. If an outage is prolonged, access is extended by the same period.

8. Changes

We may change these terms. Agreements already formed are governed by the version in force when you paid. The last-updated date is shown at the top of this page.

In case of any discrepancy of interpretation between the Russian and English versions, the Russian version prevails.
