3 working automations of a real process
Break your process into steps and pick three candidates for automation. Build the first one with TDD prompts: a test that fails loudly first, the agent second.
The second automation runs on an agent loop: sprints sized so a failure costs minutes, parallel worktrees, recovery from stalls.
The third automation plus self-healing: monitoring, retries, readable alerts. Finale: demo day, where every automation runs live on your process.

OpenYou should be comfortable reading and running code, using git and a terminal. Experience with coding agents helps, but the first steps are covered in the program.
Any recurring process works — from triaging inbound requests to a release checklist. If you don't have one, the mentor will help you pick a process from an open-source project.
Not required. The camp builds on the Automation AI Engineer course; its first chapter is free and is an easy way to check whether the pace suits you.
