How the camp works
- Week 1
Task and context
Pick one recurring task from your job and turn a wish into a task with a done-criterion. Gather the context — exactly what's needed — and examples. First version of the assistant by the end of the week, reviewed with a mentor.
- Week 2
Evals, fixes and launch
Write checks from real cases, find where the assistant lies or misses, and fix it with targeted edits instead of rerolling. Deploy the assistant inside the tool you work in. Finale: demo day — you show the result on your own evals.

Do I need to know how to code?
No. The camp builds on the LLM Operator course, which is entirely code-free. All you need is access to the chat model you already use.
How is the camp different from the course?
You take the course at your own pace on a training storyline. The camp adds a cohort, a mentor, a hard deadline and your own task instead of a training one — ending in a demo day.
What if my task is under NDA?
Pick a similar task on anonymized data — the mentor will help you choose. The skill transfers back to the original task one-to-one.
When does it start and what does it cost?
There are no dates or prices yet. Right now we're collecting a waitlist to decide which format launches first. Everyone on the list hears about enrollment before anyone else — in a single email.
