Privacy Policy
Last updated: [DATE]
This policy explains what personal data the mihalkevich.com studio collects through its project-inquiry form, why we collect it, how it is stored, and the rights you have over it. It applies only to the studio pages of this site.
Who we are
The data controller for the studio inquiry form is "[LEGAL ENTITY — to fill]". This placeholder will be replaced with the registered legal entity name and registration details once finalized.
Until then, all data requests can be sent to a.hypesquad@gmail.com, which reaches the studio directly.
What data we collect
When you submit the studio contact form, we collect the fields you provide: your name, email address, company (optional), budget range (optional), and your message.
We also automatically record technical metadata attached to the submission: your IP address, the interface locale (EN or RU), and the timestamp of the submission.
We do not collect special-category (sensitive) personal data, and we ask you not to include any in your message.
Why we use it
We use this data for a single purpose: to read, evaluate, and respond to your project inquiry — including replying by email, scheduling a call, and preparing a proposal.
We do not use your data for advertising or automated profiling.
Legal basis
We process your submission on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries directed to us.
Where applicable law requires consent, submitting the form constitutes your consent to be contacted about your inquiry.
Storage and processors
Submissions are stored in a PostgreSQL database operated for the studio.
Outbound email (our reply and internal notifications) is handled by Resend (resend.com), an email delivery processor that processes the email address and message content needed to deliver mail. We share data with Resend only to the extent required to deliver these emails.
Retention
We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting engagement, and afterwards only as long as required for our legitimate business or legal record-keeping.
You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time (see Your rights).
No selling or sharing
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
The only third party that processes your data is our email processor (Resend), acting on our instructions to deliver mail.
Your rights
You can request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
To exercise any of these rights, email a.hypesquad@gmail.com from the address you used, and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies and analytics
The studio site uses privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic and improve the pages. This may set or read minimal cookies or local identifiers.
Analytics data is used in aggregate and is not used to build advertising profiles of individual visitors.
